Mindfulness Walking & Yoga

Mindfulness walking is in fact an active meditation.

We start by walking on the beautiful promenade of Caniço de Baixo during approximately 30mn, in silence, being conscious of each step we take, contemplating the ocean, the rocks and the sunrise, feeling the fresh air of the morning in our faces, and activating all of our senses. At the end of the promenade, we stop at the beach, where we partake in a short Yoga session, absorbing the Prana, and Vital Energy from the earth, the sea, the sun and the air.
